Job Description
Position Title and Description:
Electronics Engineer Automation and Control Systems:
Design and maintain automated control systems Electronics lines, including PLC programming, HMI development, and sensor integration, to ensure precise production control.System Optimization:
Continuously monitor and optimize control systems to enhance efficiency and product quality through detailed analysis and modifications.Process Monitoring and Data Analysis:
Implement real-time data collection systems and use statistical tools to analyze trends and improve production processes.Equipment Maintenance:
Conduct regular maintenance of electronic equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure proper calibration and functionality.Troubleshooting:
Quickly diagnose and resolve electronic system issues to minimize production disruptions, utilizing diagnostic tools and a thorough understanding of hardware and software.Technologies:
Research and implement new technologies to enhance product quality and New production efficiency.Energy Efficiency:
Design systems to monitor and manage energy consumption, identify opportunities for energy savings, and implement solutions.Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all electronic systems and processes comply with safety standards and regulations, and inspect equipment for safety compliance.Systems:
Design and maintain safety systems, such as emergency stop systems and fail-safes, to meet applicable regulations. Safety.Technical Support:
Provide technical support and training to employees on the use and maintenance of electronic systems, and create detailed documentation.Documentation:
Write reports and record data on testing techniques and specifications.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Enforce safety guidelines, evaluate Electronics processes, operate machinery to enhance productivity, ensure production standards, resolve issues, perform maintenance, collaborate with the team, reduce costs, maximize quality, and train staff.Coaching Responsibilities:
Lead department personnel to achieve production targets, set priorities, resolve employee issues, communicate goals, train staff, and enforce conduct guidelines.Position Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineer, electronics engineering, mechatronics engineer, electronics. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.Training:
No training required.Experience:
12 months of experience in Electronics Engineering. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.Alternative Requirements:

None.Travel:
Travel may be required.Salary:
$59,654.00/ Year. The wage rate does not account for possible future increases due to annual cost of living increases or allowances.Benefits:
