The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles on our lot are clean, polished, and showroom-ready. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of appearance and quality that our customers expect. Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and detail both interior and exterior of vehicles, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing. Inspect vehicles for any cosmetic defects and report any issues to management. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment. Ensure all vehicles are prepared and ready for customer delivery or display on the lot. Follow all safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals and equipment properly. Assist with other dealership duties as needed to support the sales and service teams. Skills & Qualifications Previous experience as a Detailer or in a similar role preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor, including standing for long periods and lifting. Basic knowledge of vehicle cleaning products and techniques. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
