Detailer/Courtesy Tech

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a keen eye for detail. As a Detailer, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, enhancing the overall customer experience. Duties Greet customers as they pull up in the parking lot and place a window tag on vehicle. Pull vehicles into the shop for service. Air up the tires to 40 psi. Vacuum out the front floor boards of the vehicle. Clean the windows on the front and rear of the vehicles. Pull vehicles out and assist with guiding vehicles into the service bay. Utilize janitorial skills to keep the workspace organized and free from debris. Experience Previous experience in car wash or detailing preferred but not required; training will be provided. Customer service experience is highly valued as it enhances client interactions. Familiarity with buffing techniques and cleaning products is a plus. Driving experience is necessary to operate vehicles safely during the detailing process. Custodial or janitorial experience can be beneficial in maintaining cleanliness standards in the work area.
