Detail/Lot Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Detail/Lot Manager to oversee the cleanliness, organization, and overall maintenance of our property and vehicle lots. Responsibilities Supervise daily cleaning, janitorial, laundry, and custodial operations across the property and lot areas to ensure top-tier cleanliness standards are met. Oversee the organization and maintenance of vehicle lots, ensuring proper parking, signage, and safety protocols are followed. Conduct regular inspections of all areas to identify maintenance needs or cleanliness issues and implement prompt corrective actions. Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, inventory supplies, safety procedures, and team performance metrics. Knowledge of safety procedures related to cleaning products, equipment use, and facility maintenance. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and operational planning. Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
