Smucker Company 1 Strawberry Lane (Show on map) May 15, 2026 Your Opportunity as the Developer, IS Supply Chain Member of the IS Vertical team supporting Planning and Procurement Supply Chain functions. Under direct guidance, codes, tests, debugs, and documents software applications, integrations, and other related technologies.

Location:

Orrville, OH (Close proximity to Cleveland/Akron)

Work Arrangements:

Hybrid - onsite a minimum of 9 days a month primarily during core weeks as determined by the Company; maybe more as business need requires In this role you will:

Application & Integration Support:

Executes Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support existing business processes Learns support model, provides troubleshooting and fixes for software issues and interfaces with 3rd party vendors Follows defined support call paths including status updates in case management tool Validates and monitors live solutions Contributes to root cause identification, prevention, and maintenance activities

Application Delivery:

Writes code or configures software based upon technical designs Adheres to documented standards for development, code promotion, and change management Executes unit testing to ensure new functionality meets technical design Utilizes understanding of data transformation, interface design and other design principles to contribute to technical specifications and solution designs Supports go-live and hypercare activities What we are looking for:

Minimum Requirements:
