Development Coordinator (Fundraising & Donor Relations) About the Organization Our client is a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the community. They are seeking a Development Coordinator to support fundraising efforts, donor engagement, and event coordination. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about nonprofit work who enjoys building relationships and contributing to a growing organization. Position Overview The Development Coordinator will play a key role in supporting fundraising initiatives, managing donor communications, and ensuring accurate tracking of contributions. This position will work closely with leadership to help drive revenue through individual giving, events, and campaigns. Key Responsibilities Process and track donations, ensuring accuracy in donor records and databases Maintain and update donor management systems (CRM) Assist in planning and executing fundraising events and campaigns Prepare donor acknowledgments, thank-you letters, and tax receipts Support grant tracking and reporting efforts Conduct donor research and assist with prospect identification Coordinate mailings, email campaigns, and outreach initiatives Assist with development reports and fundraising metrics Collaborate with internal teams to support fundraising goals Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Communications, Business, or related field 1–3 years of experience in fundraising, development, or administrative support Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with donor databases/CRMs (Raiser's Edge, Salesforce, etc.) Exposure to event planning or fundraising campaigns Passion for nonprofit mission-driven work Why Apply?
