Position Summary The Die Cutter Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining die cutting equipment to produce high-quality finished products in accordance with production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements. Qualifications Applicants must meet minimum age requirements based on local labor laws (18+) High School Diploma or GED required 1-2 years of Die Cutting or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to write legibly and maintain detailed records Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team Physically able to stand, walk, and move between machines for long periods Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities Setup & Operation:

Set up and adjust die cutting equipment based on job specifications. Operate die cutting machines to cut, crease, etc. paperboard.

Quality Control:

Inspect materials for defects before and after cutting to ensure products meet quality standards. Perform routine quality checks during production to maintain consistent output.

Maintenance:

Conduct routine cleaning and basic maintenance of die cutting equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime.

Safety & Compliance:

Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Ensure the work area is clean and organized.

Documentation:

Accurately complete production records, including job tickets, material usage, and maintenance logs.

Hours & Pay Regular Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Overtime:

Required as needed

Pay Range :

$18.00-$24.00/hr
