  • Work with industry-leading ERP systems and operational tools Key Responsibilities As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will:
  • Document business processes, ERP transactions, and standardized work procedures
  • Create and maintain clear, audit-ready SOPs and work instructions
  • Enter and maintain inventory and operational data within ERP systems
  • Support inventory accuracy and operational reporting
  • Serve as the site administrator for forklift telemetry software
  • Develop SOPs related to system usage and data integrity
  • Prepare reports and assist with knowledge transfer across departments
  • Execute ERP transactions supporting daily supply chain operations
  • Participate in annual physical inventory activities, including reconciliation support
Qualifications Required:
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills
  • Experience creating SOPs or process documentation
  • Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
  • Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or operations environments
