Diesel Mechanic

Qualifications and Skills:

Effective communication skills. (verbal and written) Effective planning and time management skills. Problem solving. Good knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations. Computerized diagnostic experience is a plus. Must be capable of driving forward and backing up in close spaces at low speeds. CDL is a plus.

Benefits:

40 hour work week plus overtime when applicable. Union pay scale. (currently $35.27 / hour) $.20 / hour wage increase per qualifying ASE certification. (Diesel Engine, Drivetrain, Brakes, Suspension and Steering, Electrical, Heating Ventalation and AC, Preventative Maintenance and Inspections) Teamster benefits and pension. Company provided uniforms.
