Requirements and Qualifications:

For Mechanics:

Proven experience as a diesel mechanic or heavy equipment technician with dealership experience preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge across automotive repair, power tools operation, welding, and fabrication techniques. Hands-on experience with heavy equipment operation including excavators, cranes, forklifts, or farm machinery. Ability to read schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting electrical systems and hydraulics. Proficiency in vehicle maintenance tasks such as brake repair, HVAC servicing, tire service, suspension work, and transmission repairs. Additional skills in soldering, welding, alignment procedures, air brake systems, shocks & struts replacement are a plus. For Drivers:

21 Years of Age & Legally Eligible to Work in the United States Valid Class A or B CDL Airbrake Endorsement 1-year CDL driving experience in the last 7 years. Great Safety Record and Clean MVR Experience as a Driver or Helper for a Refuge Company is Highly Preferred Working Knowledge of

DOT, OSHA

& Applicable Traffic Regulations Ability to Speak & Read English to Converse with the General Public, understand Highway Traffic & Signals, Respond to Official Questions & Make Legible Entries on Reports & Records Read & Understand a Map Meet Physical & Safety Requirements of the Position.
