Responsibilities:

Inspect, diagnose, and repair farm equipment such as tractors, combines, planters, balers, and other agricultural machinery Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and system checks Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues Maintain accurate service and repair records Operate tools and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively Work independently and as part of a team to ensure equipment is field-ready and reliable

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a mechanic (farm equipment, diesel, or heavy equipment preferred) Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Valid driver's license; CDL is a plus Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying outdoor conditions
