Diesel Mechanic Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing diesel engines and heavy-duty vehicles.

Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on diesel engines, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with diesel engines, transmissions, and other components
• Conduct electrical system repairs and troubleshooting
• Operate heavy equipment to test vehicles and diagnose problems
• Perform tire services, including rotations, replacements, and repairs
• Collaborate with other mechanics and technicians to complete larger projects
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, tractor-trailers, and heavy equipment operation
• Proficiency in automotive diagnostics and repair techniques
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

This position is full time, Tuesday thru Friday 7am-5pm Weekends off Paid Holidays off Uniforms provided
