Diesel Technician

We are seeking an experienced and certified heavy duty diesel technician to join our ever growing team here at Northeast Towing. We have a consistent work flow which is more than we can handle with our current team. Certifications and experience are the key here and are required to be considered for this position. Serious applicants only need apply.

Requirements:

Must have own tools. Must have certification in Heavy Duty Diesel Repair. Must have driver's license (CDL is preferred, but not required). Must have reliable transportation to work, and be able to be on time. Must have a strong ability to diagnose issues.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair heavy duty diesel engines. Diagnose and repair heavy duty air brake systems. Diagnose and repair heavy duty driveline systems. Diagnose and repair trailers. Read and interpret technical manuals. Maintain a clean work environment. This job requires a background check and motor vehicle history check. Those who've had a DUI in the last 7 years, more than 2 moving violations in the last 3, or a license suspension in the last 3 will not be approved by our insurance.

$25.00 - $40.00 per hour
