R-Way Truck Service has been a trusted name in the Richmond, OH area for years, built on honest work, real skill, and taking care of the customer first . Matt has been in the business since 2007 and took over ownership in 2023 with a simple goal: Build a shop where good techs are taken care of… and great techs can thrive. We're not a massive operation

We're a tight, hands-on team that works on everything from light-duty diesel to heavy trucks and fleet vehicles. The work is steady, the expectations are clear, and the goal is simple: Do the job right. Take care of the customer. Take care of each other. Right now, we're in a growth phase.
