Key Responsibilities:
As a Diesel Technician, your primary duties will involve:
Responding Quickly:
Attend dispatched jobs promptly and safely, providing timely assistance.
Diagnosing Failures:
Accurately assess mechanical and electrical issues on-site, including engine, transmission, and suspension problems, and perform repairs with professionalism and urgency.
Performing Repairs:
Conduct repairs on various systems, including diesel engines, brakes, tires, and electrical components, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Documentation:
Use digital tools for inspections and maintain communication with dispatch, documenting parts used, labor performed, and repair results.
Customer Interaction:
Ensure customer satisfaction through professional interactions, addressing concerns and providing clear explanations of repairs.
Working Conditions:
This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain. You'll need to be flexible and responsive to changing environments while managing roadside challenges. Who Thrives Here? We're looking for technicians who exhibit:

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have experience in: Diesel repair, roadside assistance, mechanical diagnostics, and tire service work. Tools & Working Smart Phone. A valid driver's license with a good MVR history. The ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors under various conditions.
