Diesel Technician/Mechanic

```Duties```

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel vehicles and equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
• Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance
• Repair or replace faulty components, such as engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspension systems
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify problems and make necessary adjustments
• Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area ```Experience```
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a diesel mechanic or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair techniques
• Proficient in electrical systems, equipment repair, and automotive diagnostics
• Familiarity with farm machinery, HVAC systems, air brakes, and schematics is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team We are building a brand new shop right outside of Conesville.
