- Associate's degree in nutrition/dietetics or Certified Dietary Manager required
- 1-3 years of dietary experience in long-term care in a consultant or supervisory role required
- In the process of obtaining Registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration preferred
- General knowledge of nutrition, food safety, and sanitation requirements
- Ability to follow meal schedules and read food tray cards accurately
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain records
- Ability to interact positively with residents and staff
- Must be able to lift/carry 10 lbs., push/pull 10 lbs., and work around food and cleaning products
