Dietary Aide

Eden Senior Care , founded in 2016, is a growing Healthcare Management company, focused on managing and operating Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation and Assisted Living communities in Minnesota, Wisconsin & Ohio. We are looking for a positive and reliable Dietary Aide who understands how important his/her work is to providing quality care for residents.

Position:

Part-time Dietary Aide Shift:

4:00 PM - 8:00 PM (12-16 hrs. per week) Main responsibilities: Maintaining the cleanliness of food preparation areas Serving food to residents in the lunchroom/bringing food to residents in their rooms Cleaning eating areas after meals Bringing in delivered food items from vendors providers and stocking the pantry/fridge/freezer Adhering to all health and safety procedures during the process of food preparation Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or senior care setting, is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Able to cover every other weekend and holidays

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry food items and supplies up to 25 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods during shifts.
