Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Take your passion for speech-language pathology into the school setting through a flexible contract opportunity. This role offers the chance to support students' communication skills and development using both on-site and teletherapy service models for a varied and rewarding experience. You'll collaborate with educators and families to foster student success and can work with a diverse caseload of pediatric students.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid and current SLP license Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; openings available for Clinical Fellows (CFY candidates) Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric/school-aged populations Skilled in both in-person and teletherapy service delivery models Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Evaluate students using standardized assessments and clinical observations Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy objectives Deliver speech and language therapy services through direct and teletherapy formats Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review student progress Maintain clear documentation on student performance and therapy sessions Provide consultation, resources, and support to teachers, support staff, and families Some benefits of this contract opportunity include a supportive school environment and exposure to both traditional and telepractice service models, giving you a chance to broaden your skill set while making a meaningful impact on students' lives.
