Role:

As a Dietary Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our dietary team in preparing and serving meals to our residents.

Your duties will include:

Assisting with meal preparation, including setting tables, serving food, and cleaning up after meals Maintaining a clean and safe environment in the kitchen and dining areas Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies Collaborating with our dietary team to ensure smooth meal service operations Providing exceptional customer service to our residents and their families

Responsibilities:

Assist with food preparation, including cooking, plating, and garnishing dishes Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions and special requests Maintain accurate records of food inventory and meal service Participate in menu planning and food ordering Assist with cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen and dining areas Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless meal service operations

Requirements:

Previous experience in a food service or healthcare environment (0-6 months of experience preferred) Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities How to
