Job Description:

Prepare food in a timely manner in accordance with dietary requirements Work alongside the Chef/Sous Chef in the kitchen. Follow standardized recipes in food preparation Inspect special dietary trays before service to ensure they are correct. May serve food on the food tray line. Supervise and/or assist in receiving and check in of deliveries of food and supplies Follow work/cleaning schedules. Maintain clean, organized and safe kitchen Requirements of a

Cook:

Must have previous experience as a Dietary Cook in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Must have ServSafe Certification. Must be capable of following written and oral instructions concerning specific methods of the preparation of foods and beverages. Professional and personable demeanor.
