This role collaborates closely with nursing and clinical teams to support resident health, satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of the dietary department and kitchen operations Plan and implement menus that meet nutritional standards, therapeutic needs, and resident preferences Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local health, safety, and sanitation regulations Collaborate with healthcare professionals on specialized and therapeutic diets Monitor food quality, production, and consistency Train, supervise, and support dietary staff Manage inventory, ordering, budgeting, and cost control Maintain accurate records for food production, inventory, and expenses Coordinate special meals, holidays, and events that enhance resident experience Qualifications & Skills Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential preferred Experience in food service management , ideally in skilled nursing, healthcare, or senior living Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations Customer‑service mindset with a passion for resident satisfaction Experience with menu planning, budgeting, and inventory management Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team Ability to work hands‑on in a fast‑paced healthcare environment Compensation & Benefits (Full‑Time)
