Dietary Manager (CDM)
Pay:
From $50,000.00 per year
Location:
Midland, MI Lead Our Nutritional Mission Are you a Certified Dietary Manager passionate about the intersection of culinary excellence and clinical care? King's Daughters Home is seeking a dedicated leader to oversee our nutritional services. In this role, you will be the bridge between the kitchen and the clinic, ensuring every meal promotes the health, dignity, and well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities Clinical Excellence:
Develop personalized care plans, conduct patient assessments, and manage specialized nutrition needs (including tube feeding).
Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor dietary staff, fostering a collaborative, high-quality service environment.
Operational Management:
Oversee departmental budgeting, procurement, and inventory control.
Compliance:
Ensure rigorous adherence to health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and documentation.
Resident Engagement:
Provide health coaching and collaborate with healthcare teams to modify nutrition strategies based on diagnostic results.
Qualifications Certification:
Must carry a current Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential.
Experience:
Proven track record in dietary management within healthcare or assisted living environments.
Skills:
Deep knowledge of nutrition science, dietetics, and care planning.
Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to manage teams and coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
