Role:

As a Dietary Supervisor at US Healthcare Rehabilitation and Wellness Centers, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients. Responsibilities:

Lead the

Dietary Department:

Supervise and direct dietary staff, ensuring a smooth operation of the department and providing guidance on patient care and nutrition.

Develop and Implement Menu Plans:

Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized menu plans for patients, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.

Monitor Patient Nutrition:

Conduct routine assessments of patient nutrition and hydration, identifying areas for improvement and implementing interventions as needed.

Maintain Accurate Records:

Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of patient dietary needs, meal planning, and nutrition counseling. Stay Up-to-Date with

Industry Best Practices:

Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest research, trends, and industry standards in nutrition and patient care.

Requirements:

Minimum 0 years of experience in a clinical or dietary setting •High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (dietetics, nutrition, or a related healthcare field) preferred Certification in Food Service Management or a related field (CFM, CDM, or FMP) desired
