This position oversees front-of-house operations, manages reservations and seating, and leads the service staff with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. Must have at least 2 years' experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome residents and guests in a warm, professional manner. Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments to ensure smooth service flow. Coordinate closely with kitchen staff and servers to maintain timing and quality of service. Oversee daily dining room operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and readiness. Handle resident and guest concerns promptly and graciously. Train, support, and supervise dining room staff in service standards and hospitality practices. Monitor dining room ambiance, including lighting, music, and overall atmosphere. Rate~ $18.02-$21.63. Hours~ 2 nights a week (3:00pm-8:00pm) and E/O weekend (11:30am-8:00pm).
