From coordinating daily dining operations to supporting team growth and satisfaction, you'll make sure every meal is served with care, respect, and attention to detail.

What You'll Do Greet residents and guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders within established timeframes. Coordinate and lead dining service, ensuring prompt, friendly table service and exceptional dining experiences. Oversee and assist servers in section assignments, side work, and accuracy of meal tickets. Train and mentor new servers on service standards, POS system use, and hospitality best practices. Retrieve and serve food and beverages according to presentation and service guidelines. Supervise dining room readiness, cleanliness, and organization before, during, and after meal service. Support catering events, including setup, service, and breakdown. Lead daily pre-shift meetings ("Line-Ups") to set goals and foster team motivation. What You Bring A minimum of one year's experience working in the dining room is required.
