Dining Room Manager

Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the front of house, ensuring exceptional service standards are met. Train and manage staff, fostering a positive team environment. Handle inventory control and cash management efficiently. Supervise food preparation and service, maintaining quality and safety standards. Conduct interviews and assist in hiring processes to build a skilled team. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in food service management and hospitality management Strong staff training and team management skills Supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with POS systems, including Aloha and Micros Knowledge of inventory control and cash handling procedures Experience in fine dining, casual dining, and banquet settings Background in food preparation and kitchen management
