PART-TIME

help. Shift is 5pm to 8pm. Monday - Saturday. We are closed on Sundays. More hours may be possible. Our Dinner Assistant will be responsible for making sure all To-Go orders are packaged up correctly and ready to go out. Responsibilities also include making sure the server's food is ready for them to take out of the kitchen (like adding butter, sour cream, salsa, dinner rolls, knives, etc), answering the phone to take the to-go orders, as well as tending to the drive-through window. Activities & Responsibilities primary Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of Mamaw's Cafe & Catering - where our mission is to enrich the lives of our guests and our employees. Help to ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service and respond promptly and courteously to correct any problems. Stock service areas with needed supplies. Ensure the guests feel welcome and appreciated at all times. Garnish and decorate dishes in preparation for serving. Attend all scheduled employee meetings and offer suggestions for improvement. Coordinate with and assist fellow employees to meet guests' needs and support the restaurant's operation. Fill in for fellow employees to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
