Direct Care Staff (Asleep Overnights and Weekends)-$750 Hiring Bonus

ALC Homes, Inc is currently hiring Part Time Direct Care Staff positions within our Adult Foster Care Facilities located in Menahga and Sebeka, MN. Direct Care Staff are responsible for providing residential and community-based supports for persons with brain injuries, are developmentally disabled and/or those who are dealing with mental health issues. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Assure safety, health and proper supervision of residents according to individual and facility CSSP Addendums Provide supports for the basic needs of assigned residents, including assistance with light housekeeping, meal preparation and medication administration. Provide accurate documentation of all items per house policy and procedures Attend assigned training within acquired guidelines Report improper or suspicious behavior Provide positive support and be a role model when working with individuals served Other duties as assigned If you are looking for a rewarding job that offers paid training, Health, Dental and Life Insurance, PTO, 401K, Quarterly incentive bonuses this is the job for you! Part Time Asleep Overnights and PT 3p-10p shifts available. Part Time Asleep Overnights pay is $11.41-$12.00 per hour, 3p-10 shift pay ranges from $18.25/hr to $19.50/hr. Every other weekend required.
