We are looking for a Direct Care Worker to work with individuals with developmental disabilities. The successful candidate will be passionate about advocacy, enthusiastic about working with people from a variety of backgrounds and dedicated to keeping clients safe while being kind and compassionate. Responsibilities include daily tasks like helping clients get ready in the morning, using the bathroom, eating meals and going to bed. Responsibilities:

Provide mental health services to residents. Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living. Maintain infection control standards and protect residents from the spread of infections. Provide dietary assistance to residents. Provide a clean and safe environment for residents.
