OUR MISSION

: To assist adults with disabilities in developing independent living skills, while offering a clean, safe, friendly home environment and provide the structure and routine that make it possible for our residents to achieve their goals.

OUR RESIDENTS

: High-functioning, young to middle-aged men, who do not need physical assistance, but the support and encouragement from our staff, to follow-through with daily activities and routines.

STAFF DUTIES

> Leisure activities (cards, board games, fishing, BBQ's, etc.) > Community activities > Exercise (outdoor sports: basketball, volleyball, golf, biking, hiking) > Errands > Cooking > Assist clients with outcomes and daily chores

REQUIREMENTS

> 18 yrs. or older > Valid driver's license > Insured vehicle
