ESSENTIAL

RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborates with primary care providers and other health care providers to ensurecontinuity, timeliness and appropriateness of care to inmatesPromotes culture of safety for patients and employees through proper identification,reporting documentation, and preventionPerforms assessments of inmate patient in a variety of settings within the institution suchas: initial intake area, health care unit for sick, emergency situations on housing units,chronic care clinics, and medical units

REQUIREMENTS

Active, unencumbered RN licensure in state of practiceAt least 1 year of RN experienceBLS certificationPrevious correctional health care experience preferred but not requiredCOMPENSATION and

SCHEDULE

Pay starting around $45 an hour plus shift diff for evening and night shifts. Pay rate can be considerably more depending on years of experience and skillsMonday
