Direct Support Professional

Our client, a Non-Profit Healthcare Organization in Lebanon, CT, is in need of Direct Support Professionals/Residential Program Workers for a variety of part time and fulltime shifts. Shifts include part-time, full-time, weekend, and/or overnight roles. The DSP/RPW will be working with individuals with Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities. This is a union based role which provides outstanding benefits, annual increases and job security! Starting pay is $18.50-$19.40/hour depending on the shift.

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or GED At least age 18 Valid driver's license The DSP/RPW provides a range of services for individuals based on their needs, in their home and in their community. This includes but is not limited to personal care, domestic household services, personal appointments, medical appointments, vocational services, community activities, supervision within the home, and other tasks based upon their individual goals. A clear criminal background check and an active drivers license with a clean driving record is required for this position.

Pay:

$18.50 - $19.40 per hour
