Direct Support Professional

Job Overview Health Providers in Montevideo, MN is looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our team!

As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a key role in the success of our clients day by providing meaningful individualized care.

Job Duties:

Assist clients with ADLs such as grooming, dressing, toileting, bathing, and more based on the clients Care Plan as specified by the RN Medication administration Monitor and check vitals Behavior tracking Charting Work closely with leadership to communicate any client questions or concerns

Requirements:

Must be able to pass a background check. (Required) Must have reliable source of transporation Must be willing to work with others as a team Must have a positive attitude

Openings:

Full-Time AM or PM (12 Hour Shift) Part-Time AM or PM (12 Hour Shift)

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED, PAID TRAINING!
