FULL-TIME

The individual in this position will be responsible for providing direct care to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities include:

Provide a clean and safe home like environment for consumers. Provide direct care and support assisting residents to be as independent as can be. Participate as part of the interdisciplinary team, working on goals and charting progress. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual paperwork. Administer medications. Transport consumers to appointments and community outings. Hoyer Lift experience preferred and must be able to perform wheelchair transfers at the Carmichaels locations. Minimum Qualifications:

Accredited State High School Diploma or GED required. On-line Diploma must meet the requirements of the PA Department of Education. Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record. Must Pass Child Abuse History, FBI, and Criminal Record Check Clearances. EOE Additional Details
