Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as scheduling daily tasks, preparing simple meals, cleaning personal space, and going out into the community to make meaningful connections Prepare nutritious meals and assist with cooking while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the living environment Support clients during community outings or activities to promote social engagement and independence Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, patient progress, and incident reports in compliance with HIPAA privacy standards Perform light cleaning duties to uphold a safe and hygienic environment in a private home setting Experience Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism demonstrates your ability to adapt care strategies effectively Familiarity with creating and following personalized care plans ensures tailored support for each individual Proven ability to work compassionately with seniors or individuals with developmental disabilities demonstrates your dedication to quality caregiving Join us as a Direct Support Professional and become an integral part of a team committed to enriching lives through dedicated caregiving.
