Full-Time, flexible shifts Required Qualifications Must be 18 years or older High School Diploma or GED required Valid driver's license required (ability to transport individuals) Ability to obtain required TB test and physical (per ODP regulations) Ability to work a flexible schedule (days, evenings, weekends, overnights, holidays) Ability to lift 50 pounds and assist with physical supports (lifting, bending, standing, etc.) Strong communication skills and ability to work independently Preferred (not required): Experience working with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) Experience in direct care, caregiving, behavioral health, or healthcare About the Role The Arc of Centre County is hiring Full-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in their homes and communities. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will help individuals live more independent, meaningful lives while building strong, supportive relationships. No experience required - paid training provided.
