Duties Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning in accordance with dietary needs and preferences Maintain a clean, safe environment by performing light cleaning duties and adhering to infection control protocols Support residents during community outings or activities to encourage social engagement and community integration Requirements Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities Strong communication skills with a compassionate approach toward working with individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges Reliable transportation Ability to show up on time for you shift and be responsible Ability to openly communicate with family, individual, and supervisor Patience, calm, and caring Initiative Join us as a Direct Support Professional where your dedication fuels positive change!
