Line Operator - Day shift

Line Operator / General Laborer Position Overview We are hiring dependable and hardworking Line Operators / General Laborers to support production operations in a manufacturing environment. This role involves machine loading and unloading, palletizing finished products, material handling, and assisting with production line operations. This is a hands-on position ideal for candidates with general labor or warehouse experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and lifting consistently throughout the shift. Key Responsibilities Load production cores into machinery for plastic shrink wrap manufacturing Unload completed products from machines Palletize finished materials and prepare them for shipment Shrink wrap pallets for storage and transport Use pallet jacks to move materials and resin boxes throughout the facility Connect hoses to resin containers for machine production use Maintain clean and organized work areas Follow all workplace safety procedures and production guidelines Qualifications Previous general labor, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to consistently lift 40-50 lbs throughout the shift Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Physical Requirements Frequent lifting, bending, standing, and walking Ability to safely move materials and operate pallet jacks Comfortable working in a manufacturing/production environment
