02/19/2026 About the Role We're hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide one-on-one care and guidance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home and community settings. As a DSP, you'll help individuals achieve greater independence, participate in daily activities, and live meaningful lives-all while working with a supportive team. Responsibilities ? Support individuals in home and community settings per their Individual Support Plans ? Encourage participation in social, recreational, and leisure activities ? Promote independence in daily routines like cooking, cleaning, and hygiene ? Assist with transportation to appointments and community events ? Document daily progress and maintain accurate records ? Collaborate with other care professionals and families Required Qualifications ? At least 18 years of age ? High School Diploma or equivalent ? Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and good driving record ? Minimum one (1) year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities ? Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to meet clients Preferred Qualifications ? Experience in a home or community-based setting ? Background in caregiving, human services, or special education
