25 per hour | West Boylston, MA RFK Community Alliance has an exciting opportunity for a full-time position to join our Direct Support Professional (DSP) team in West Boylston, MA. Who We Serve Our Adult Program supports individuals ages 22 through end of life with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We are committed to fostering independence, meaningful work, strong family connections, and active community engagement for those we serve. What You'll Do As a DSP, you will be an essential part of our team, empowering individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to live fulfilling lives.

Your key responsibilities include:

Develop independent living skills Encourage strong community and family connection Support in achieving goals Providing emotional support and encouragement Promoting community and social involvement Who You Are The most important qualification?
