I am committed to delivering exceptional, client-focused representation and take pride in building lasting relationships with the clients we serve and the real estate agents and loan officers we work alongside with. I am looking for a driven professional to join my practice as the sole paralegal and office manager — someone who takes ownership of their work and thrives in an independent, professional environment. I am seeking a highly experienced Real Estate Paralegal to serve as both the primary legal support professional and the day-to-day office manager for our firm. This is a key role that requires someone who is equally comfortable managing complex real estate transactions and keeping the office running smoothly. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage competing priorities with ease, is detail-oriented, and take pride in delivering high-quality work. This is a full-time, in-person position located in West Boylston, MA. Responsibilities Manage residential and commercial real estate transactions from initial intake through post-closing Manage day-to-day office operations and serve as the organizational backbone of the firm Draft purchase and sale agreements, deeds, and other legal documents Understand the language of the results of title searches and assist with clearing title issues Coordinate with lenders, brokers, clients, real estate agents, and other paralegals and attorneys Track contract deadlines and key dates to ensure timely progress of all transactions Prepare settlement statements and assist with closing adjustments Assist with landlord-tenant matters, including drafting notices, leases, and court filings as needed Open and maintain electronic client files, manage deadlines, and ensure all matters are progressing on schedule Assist the attorney with scheduling, billing, and other administrative functions as needed Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a paralegal in a real estate law firm or similar legal setting Strong knowledge of residential and commercial real estate conveyancing and the closing process from start to finish Experience with estate planning, probate, and/or landlord-tenant matters is a plus Notary Public preferred Demonstrated ability to manage files independently Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional and client-focused demeanor Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Experience with Qualia, SoftPro, or similar real estate closing software Prior office management or administrative leadership experience strongly preferred Offering a competitive salary, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
