$15.00 per hour October Home Care is urgently hiring for two 24/7 client cases in Marshalls Creek, PA . These are immediate openings, and we are looking for professional, dependable, and compassionate caregivers who are ready to begin as soon as possible. We are currently seeking staff to fully cover all weekday and weekend shifts , along with a live-in caregiver who can provide additional support for continuity of care in the event of call-offs, weather-related issues, or emergency coverage needs. These are very important cases, and we are specifically looking for caregivers who believe they would be a strong and professional match for our clients. OPEN POSITIONSMonday through Friday Shifts We are hiring caregivers for three shifts per day Monday through

Friday:

7:00 AM

• 3:00 PM 3:00 PM
• 11:00 PM 11:00 PM
• 7:00 AM Weekend Shifts We are also hiring caregivers for Saturday and Sunday coverage for the following shifts: 9:00 AM
• 9:00 PM 9:00 PM
• 9:00 AM Live-In Caregiver In addition to shift coverage, we are seeking a live-in caregiver to provide backup support for the case.

This role is extremely important and is intended to help ensure uninterrupted care if: A scheduled caregiver does not arrive for their shift Severe weather prevents staff from getting to work Emergency support is needed to maintain continuous coverage The live-in caregiver will serve as an added layer of support and stability for the clients and the case overall.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Caregivers in these positions will be responsible for providing attentive, professional, and compassionate one-on-one care in the home.

Duties may include:

Providing full supervision and ensuring client safety at all times Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including: Bathing Grooming Dressing Toileting Mobility assistance Meal preparation and assistance with feeding if needed Medication reminders and observation Monitoring for changes in the client's condition and reporting concerns promptly Providing companionship and emotional support Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment Following the client's care plan and all agency procedures Completing required documentation accurately and on time Ensuring dependable attendance and professionalism at all times Because these are 24/7 cases, reliability is essential. Caregivers must understand the importance of arriving on time and maintaining continuity of care.

REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must meet the following requirements: Prior home care or caregiving experience preferred Professional, dependable, and compassionate demeanor Strong communication and observation skills Ability to work assigned shifts consistently and responsibly Must have reliable transportation Must be prepared for immediate hire Must have all required onboarding documents ready to begin Must pass a background check Must complete all required state clearances and hiring requirements
