Horeb Schedule:

Full Time (35 hrs per week) Reports to: Program Director Make a Difference Every Day MARC is seeking a compassionate, dependable Specialist I to provide direct support, and personal care services to individuals with developmental disabilities. This is an active, day services and community-based role ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and meaningful daily interaction. What You'll Do Provide personal care and daily living support while promoting dignity and independence Support individuals in day services, and community activities Provide life skills, community skills, and job skills instruction Implement Person-Centered Support Plans (PCSP) Document services and progress Transport individuals using your personal vehicle, reimbursed mileage Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, team-oriented, and dependable Comfortable providing personal care and lifting up to 50 lbs. Ability to stay active throughout the day (standing, walking, bending) Basic computer skills Education & Experience Preferred (not required): Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities On-the-job training provided Requirements Valid Wisconsin driver's license Reliable personal vehicle and auto insurance Acceptable driving record Why this job is different Active, hands-on work.
