Direct Support Staff Day/Night Shift

We are currently looking for reliable staff to work day shifts at our group homes for teenage girls located in West Valley and Magna, as well as support staff for adult clients we serve in the West Valley area. These roles focus on providing supervision, structure, and support throughout the day while clients attend school, participate in activities, work on independent living skills, and receive assistance with daily living needs. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with youth and adults, has patience, stays calm under pressure, and wants to make a positive impact in a structured environment. Shift Information Day shift hours vary depending on scheduling needs, but typically fall between 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM. Some flexibility may be required depending on school schedules, appointments, activities, and client needs. Requirements Must be 18 years or older Valid driver's license Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately during behavioral situations Strong communication and documentation skills Experience working with youth, adults with disabilities, or individuals with behavioral needs is preferred, but not required Job Responsibilities Supervise residents and clients to ensure safety and provide appropriate support throughout the shift Assist clients with daily routines, independent living skills, and personal responsibilities Help prepare meals and snacks throughout the day Maintain a clean, safe, and structured environment Administer medications at scheduled times Transport clients to school, appointments, work programs, and community activities using a company vehicle Support clients through crisis cycles and implement behavior support strategies when necessary Complete detailed proof-of-care documentation throughout each shift to accurately document behaviors, services provided, and daily progress If you're looking for a meaningful role where you can support youth and adults, build mentorship skills, and make a real difference in people's lives, we'd love to hear from you.
