Director of AdministrationGreater Chattanooga area-OnsiteOur client is seeking an experienced Director of Administration to lead a high-volume claims administration function. This is a key leadership opportunity for an operations-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment and is passionate about building efficient processes, developing teams, and improving performance.
In this role, you will oversee a team of approximately 18 administrative professionals and drive the successful execution of claims processing, insurance follow-up, workflow optimization, and cross-functional coordination.
