RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Review and coordinate PRIs with Director of Nursing Services and Administrator. 2. Review information in Pharmacy portal (written guidelines and access to be provided) to determine resident costs prior to approval for admission. 3. Conduct insurance verifications using Admissions.com. 4. Complete NRI forms and send to Comprehensive Management. 5. Complete Census file in Excel daily. 6. Maintain census in PCC, including: 6.1. Input of all admissions and pay sources 6.2. Discharges 6.3. Payer changes
