Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy and manage the annual fundraising budget in partnership with the CEO and Board leadership.
Events & Public Relations:
Plan and deliver high-impact fundraising events while leading advertising, PR, and media outreach to grow awareness and engagement.
Grant Strategy:
Build and manage a robust grant pipeline, including research, proposal development, submission, tracking, and reporting.
Donor & Partner Engagement:
Cultivate relationships with foundations, corporations, and individual donors; oversee donor stewardship; and implement a major gifts strategy.
Digital Engagement:
Lead social media and website efforts to support donor acquisition, retention, and overall fundraising goals.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor and develop small staff in the department.
