Description/Notes:

Provide leadership and coordination for districtwidemunications,munity engagement, marketing, and partnership initiatives in support of Lago Vista ISD's mission, vision, and strategic priorities. Lead efforts to strengthenmunity trust, promote meaningful engagement, enhance awareness of district programs and opportunities, and cultivate partnerships that support students, staff, and families. Serve as a collaborative, hands-on leader responsible for supporting strategicmunication, storytelling,munity relations, and partnership development efforts that advance student success and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree inmunications, public relations, journalism, marketing, education, business, or related field required
• Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience inmunications, marketing, public relations,munity engagement, or related leadership roles
• Experience in public education preferred
• Experience with strategicmunications, branding, crisismunication, digital media management, andmunity engagement preferred
• Experience building partnerships with businesses,munity organizations, or higher education institutions preferred
