Full Job Description Director of Digital Marketing Position Overview:
As the Director of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for coordinating effective advertising campaigns. Your role will involve coordinating and executing advertising plans that align with the client's marketing strategy, message, and objectives. You will work in team setting and reporting directly to the COO. You will leverage analytics to craft innovative strategies to ensure campaigns reach the desired audience. Key responsibilities include negotiating media buys, managing pricing and placement schedules, collaborating with stakeholders and vendors, and researching new media strategies and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Coordination and Execution:
Develop and execute media and advertising plans that support the client's marketing strategy andobjectives. Ensure alignment of campaign strategies with client goals, messaging, and tactics.
Analytics and Strategy Development:
Utilize analytics to design and implement innovative strategies that enhance campaign effectiveness. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to make data-driven adjustments and optimizations.
Media Negotiation and Management:
Negotiate media buys, pricing, and placement schedules with vendors to secure optimal rates and placements. Manage media buying processes and ensure accurate and timely execution.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of advertising plans. Control pacing, optimization, and timelines to meet campaign objectives.
Research and Innovation:
Conduct research on emerging media strategies, platforms, and channels. Stay updated on industry trends to incorporate new strategies into current and future campaigns

Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, ora relatedfield is desired.
Experience:
5+ years of relevant experience in media planning, advertising, or a related role is desired. Experience in executing data-driven marketing campaigns Experience in Google Ad, Meta Ad, Microsoft Advertising and Facebook blueprint and other display networks. Certification(s) is a plus Experience in graphic arts, marketing, website architecture, electronic communications. Experience in hospitality or similar fields preferred.
Skills:
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent negotiation and communication abilities. Proficiencyin using analytics tools and media planning software. Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and manage multiple projects.
Salary and Benefits:
$95k-135k per year, exempt status. Full-time Benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance. Paid holidays, vacation and sick leave.
